For the People Team at AffiniPay, our people are at the heart of everything we do! We are in search of a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team to help ensure our people are compensated fairly and competitively! In this role, you will partner with our Peolpe Business Partners as well as various leaders within our organization to help research and develop recommendations for our various compensation programs. You will make sure compensation decisions are all aligned with our overall philosophy and business objectives. You are a data lover and define your happy place as being in excel and analyzing various comp reports! You are a team player, and enjoy collaborating and partnering with various groups in the company.
What You'll Do:
● Research, analyze and develop recommendations for compensation programs (base pay, salary structures, and incentive programs) that align with our compensation philosophy and business objectives.
● Communicate/educate company leaders and staff on compensation program structure and operation.
● Analyze and make competitive employee pay recommendations to management based on analysis of the market data and internal equity.
● Evaluate, benchmark, and market price jobs utilizing salary surveys.
● Administer the annual compensation planning processes (merit, bonus and incentives.)
● Assist in the development and modification of salary ranges.
● Configure and maintain survey management systems (CompAnalyst/Culpepper).
● Advise managers on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.
● Evaluate jobs and develop and maintain job descriptions and job architecture.
● Participate in compensation surveys, conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
● Ensure compensation programs comply with all applicable laws and regulations
● Lead internal equity audit from start to finish and own driving outcomes and improvement plans
About You:
● Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
● Minimum of 4 years experience in Compensation/Market Benchmarking
● Working knowledge of HRIS systems and platforms such as Workday, Culpepper, CompAnalyst.
● Experience in job description benchmarking, evaluation and analysis
● Ability to understand and consistently apply Human Resources policies and practices.
● Has a working knowledge of compliance reporting such as EEO-1 and Pay Data reporting
● High effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
This position is preferred to sit in Austin, TX and work in a hybrid capacity.
