We are digital marketing agency that is looking for a freelancer to implemented an automated / AI workflow that can alleviate monthly reporting emails for our account managers...
All of our clients have access to a real time BI dashboard that provides them with real-time performance metrics, but they all like to receive an email on a monthly basis that highlights marketing metrics and their month over month percent changes and notes around what projects and tasks were completed in that service period and what we have slated for the upcoming service period.
We've found examples on Reddit of users who created email automation using ChatGPT and Google Gemini, in which these AI tools would pull from a Google Sheet where the data is implemented and would plug the data into a template and send off the client.
We are looking to have a similar AI automation implemented for us as well. We would like to have the following workflow:
1. Digital Marketing Specialists input all the key metrics into a Google Sheet
2. Account Managers review Google Sheet for accuracy, once approved, they pass it over to AI
3. On approval, AI takes all the metrics in that specific Google Sheet and plugs all the data and notes into an email template.
4. Email is sent out from a specific email address.
We will need instructions on how to set up this workflow for new clients as well
