Google Ads / SEM / PPC with some Wordpress & SEO work as needed - Contract...

I have two medical websites, one of which is LegitScript certified. Main Goals... 1. Setup / Optimize Google Ad Campaign. I previously worked with an agency - where I couldn’t speak directly to the person managing the Google Ads account. There was a ton of wasted ad spend and miscommunication - so I’d like to work directly with the person managing the account. I have an extensive list of keywords, negative keywords, ad copy - but not all of that was implemented correctly. The previous guy kept trying to get me listed as “top of the page” - however I really don’t need to be so high. Some keywords are my true money makers and are super specific, but they have a low search volume - instead of using exact matches, the previous guy bundled those keywords with very generic keywords. 2. The agency I worked with previously also built my website - so I would need help converting or migrating their Gravity Forms to a new account. 3. Setup Google Analytics & Tag Manager correctly - wasn’t set up before and conversion tracking was wrong. 4. Create a campaign with Bumper and TrueView Ads on youtube 5. The main goal would be paid search - but someone who can help with basic SEO would be very helpful. 6. Setup Geofencing - There are a few locations that I’d like to specifically target. 7. have not used yet, but am open to trying Bing and Facebook Advertising Secondary Projects - Help optimize Instagram Ads - we’ve had issues with our ads being denied by Instagram, because they are medical - so need help getting new followers. Ideal Candidate: someone who could do minimal wordpress work. Ie, if a plugin needs to be updated, or the SSL renewed - I would love it if you could help out - rather than me having to go out and find someone else. The monthly ad spend is between 2-6k per month. If you have experience linking with Pipedrive (my CRM), that would be great, but not necessary. Requirements 1. NO Agencies - I would like to work directly with the person managing the campaign. 2. Experience with LegitScript certification - I’m already certified, but previously, this limited my ability to advertise. 3. USA Only
