Google Analytics Issue - job 8 of 8

Our analytics is not working properly. It is counting organic traffic as direct traffic. We can see this is the case by comparing: 1- Real time traffic, when we do a search and visit the site. 2- Google search console shows 10 times more organic traffic than what Analytics is showing. Example: Analytics shows 200 organic visits in the last month vs 2000 direct visits in the last month but Google search console shows 200 organic visits in the last month vs 2000 direct visits in the last month. It's basically flip-flopped. We need an expert in Google analytics (GA4), Google tags & google search console to help us fix the issue.
