Graphic Designer for Fashion Company - Contract to hire - job 1 of 2

I'm looking for a go-to graphic designer for my start up fashion brand. My niche is luxury streetwear. It will be similar to brands like Human Made, Rhude, Kith, and Billionaire Boys Club. It will involve helping me finish idea's that i start. I often start have ideas for products like varsity jackets but need someone fashion minded with graphic design skill to make sure they are complete. This... will include fresh ideas, placement of the patches/applique, and getting it ready for the tech pack. We will design a couple of items a month. I'm ready to start immediately.
