Sales Team Executives for Healthcare Ai Event •Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience required... • B2B, B2C Sales experience required. • Healthcare Ai, Event sales experience will be preferred. • Needs to have proven track record on Sales of Products or Services. • Starting from scratch, target oriented job that need to be complete all of the tasks within specified time. • Excellent communication and presentation skills required. • A self-starter with a drive to succeed and close deal. • Prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. • One on One call to customers, manage from creating new accounts, explain products, services and make sure sales completed on time. All calls must set up through CRM or calendar management. • Develop strong customer relationships. • Deliver impactful product demonstrations. • Must have CRM proficiency, Email marketing, creating contents and flyers, and regular update of campaign materials. • Resilience, drive, problem-solving skills required. • Must be available for 20 to 25 hours a week as per US time zone. Before signing contract, must read below terms. Once the contract accepted then below terms will be automatically stay in place until the contract ended by TraceXpert Solutions Inc. 1. This project has weekly contract only. 2. Contract payment terms, payment amount will stay same on every renewal of contract until event completed. 3. Target will be reviewed every week. Contract will be renewed if target achieved of given tasks. 4. Weekly contract can be renew up to 3 to 6 months depends on performance. 5. Bonus will be issued after event ends. The bonus amount or percentage will be calculated based on the successful achievement of the event’s total target. 6. Contract will be cancel immediately if weekly or bi-weekly target not achieved. 7. During the contract term target must needs to achieve and it will be renew based on performance only. 8. NO Contract between Nov 16th to January 15th of every year. This will be consider as time off, no payments between these time off period. 9. TraceXpert is having exclusive rights to issue, edit, cancel, renew of contract anytime without giving prior notice
