Job Overview:
Zoop is looking for a strategic and dynamic Partnerships Specialist to lead and develop strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and Web3 entities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the creator economy and Web3 space, with experience in forming long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating deals, and managing ongoing partnerships to drive growth, platform adoption, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with key influencers, content creators, brands, and Web 3 companies that align with Zoop’s vision.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive platform growth, creator engagement, and user acquisition.
- Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring alignment with Zoop’s business objectives and long-term growth goals.
- Manage relationships with existing partners, acting as the main point of contact to foster engagement and collaboration.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to develop co-marketing strategies and integrate partnerships into platform features.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, using data to optimize future efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably within the creator economy, Web 3, or tech industries.
- Proven track record of managing and closing high-value partnerships.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and tokenization is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
