Performance Objectives: Within 1 month: You’ll design three scroll-stopping on-brand thumbnails. You will edit and publish three long-form videos with me. You will apply feedback, iterate, and improve through our collaboration. Within 3 months: You’ll help us consistently publish one high-quality long-form YouTube video per week. You will improve our efficiency and help us spend 10-20% less time on final edits. You will begin to make suggestions for content planning and boosting engagement. 6 months and beyond: You will help us hit our first 1,000 YouTube subscribers. You’ll support and contribute to doubling our LinkedIn followers. You start independently managing more of the video production process. Expectations: You Will Own: The editing of short and long-form videos. The design of captivating thumbnails. We’ll Collaborate On: Capturing my content voice, vision, and tone. Improving our editing process efficiency to go from “idea” to “published video” quickly. Qualifications: Required: Skilled in creating engaging thumbnails.
