Job Title: E-Filing and Scheduling Clerk at A Cross Law Firm PLLC Project Description... A Cross Law Firm PLLC is seeking a dedicated and efficient E-Filing and Scheduling Clerk to join our team on a project basis through Upwork. This project, valued at $350 USD, will span over 30 days, during which the selected candidate will serve as the primary communication, scheduling, and e-filing clerk for our firm. The successful candidate will have access to our comprehensive training system and library, Trainual, to assist in mastering the tasks and responsibilities of the role. Since this is a gig role, you can set your own hours, but to be considered for a permanent or temporary role you must have work availability from 8:30am -12:30pm CST Responsibilities: - Manage all communication channels, including email and scheduling platforms, on behalf of A Cross Law Firm PLLC. - Handle e-filing tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with all necessary procedures and requirements. - Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys within the firm. - Adhere to the firm's Code of Conduct and daily check-in policy to maintain communication and accountability. Requirements: - Proficiency in communication and scheduling tools. - Experience with legal e-filing procedures and systems.HIGHLY PREFERRED - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual setting. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Familiarity with Trainual or willingness to learn and utilize the training system.
