Media Buyer for Stationery Brand - Contract to Hire

CoraCreaCrafts is an e-commerce stationery and crafting supplies brand based in the US. It focuses on unique, vintage style products and subscription boxes for creative people. As a Media Buyer, you'll be working on our current ad accounts that we have in META. You will be fully responsible for optimizing and successfully scaling campaigns that you implement for the brand. You will work closely... alongside myself and our social media assistant to deliver market-leading results. Key Responsibilities: • Build, optimize and manage campaigns whilst working closely with myself and our social media assistant so we are aligned with our short and long-term goals. • Working with the team to set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and objectives and KPIs - taking ownership of those that you set. • Analyze and optimize campaigns around goals and KPIs using data-driven insights and tactics. • Display high level communication skills including concise communication of learnings and insights, both qualitative and quantitative • Create reports that showcase results, insights and roadmaps for future creative and paid strategy. • A finger on the pulse of all things DTC and paid advertising in order to hypothesize and implement new tests, suggest new and creative strategies, spot industry trends, provide relevant insights and put our account in the best possible position for success. • Have a love for what you do! Ideal candidates will be able to: • 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in social media advertising (particularly on Meta & TikTok) within eCommerce and/or B2C setting - with experience managing high spends • Required experience with the TikTok Ads Platform. TikTok shop is a bonus. • Understanding and experience with Google Analytics and other third-party data analytics tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros) • Understanding of different attribution models and how channels play different roles in a broader marketing eco-system to drive efficiency and results. • Experience in creative analysis and strong understanding of what defines a high performing ad concept. • Ability to analyze raw data, strong pattern recognition and formulate insights that allows you to shape broader brand strategy. • Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all assigned tasks • Exceptional communicator • Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills • Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing
