Meta ad account review - Contract to Hire - job 1 of 2

I'm looking for an *expert* Facebook/Instagram/Meta consultant to review our current setup, identify problems hindering scaling and give solutions. We're a D2C fashion company (Shopify+Facebook based) spending multiple-millions on Meta, however we have experienced problems recently keeping costs under control as we scale... We're looking for a consultant (with experience in our industry at our spend level). There is potential that we will contract for a longer period for all digital channels (Meta, Pinterest, Google, TT, Criteo etc). I don't want agency offers. I don't want someone with limited experience - I expect you to have many years on Meta. I don't want someone selling $5 fast fashion - we're in the $100+ aov range Also, I need someone with the full scope of experience implementing Meta from scratch so you can also confirm the current setup
