Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Content Strategy and Creation Specialist for a part-time freelance position. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, utilizing a library of user-generated content. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced, and has a passion for both organic and paid content strategies to boost reach. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a content strategy for TikTok and Instagram that aligns with our brand messaging and marketing goals. - Create, edit, and optimize engaging video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or native application tools. - Analyze customer sentiment and engagement metrics to refine content strategy and improve performance. - Plan and execute weekly product launches, ensuring timely and effective content rollout. - Manage and rotate content seeding campaigns, executing two campaigns per month. - Collaborate closely with a small team (1-3 people) to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Keep directors and key stakeholders updated on content performance, campaign progress, and strategy adjustments. - Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends in content creation and social media marketing. - Teach and mentor other team members, sharing expertise and best practices. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on TikTok and Instagram. - Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant software. - Highly analytical with the ability to study and interpret customer sentiment and engagement data. - Proven track record of scaling content and leveraging both organic and paid strategies to increase reach. - Experience working in a high-tempo environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage your work independently while keeping team members informed. - Passionate about content creation, constantly learning, evolving, and seeking to improve your craft. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
