Looking for a part-time bookkeeper with experience in QBO posting and reconciliations as well as US tax preparation.
Hours are about 25-35 hours per month, with additional hours during tax time and can increase...
Software: QBO & Lacerte, with proficiency in MS Office (including Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
Looking for someone with:
- High attention to detail including spelling
- Prepares reports with data ready for client or manager to use
- Responsive and proactive with deadlines and work to deliver on time and communicate blocks
- Good at follow up to keep pending projects/questions moving forward
- Good communication skills to communicate data in a summarized, clear fashion
- Excellent accounting skills including reconciling balance sheet accounts (including payroll liabilities) and sales to an external billing system.
