Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team remotely. This is a part-time position that is going to be full-time, operating within the American time zone, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. We are particularly interested in candidates located in Ukraine, the Balkans, Kazakhstan, or the Baltic States... Requirements: • Female candidate preferred • Strong proficiency in English is essential • Minimum of six months of work experience in IT or IT recruitment • Proficient in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing • Familiarity with American job boards such as Indeed and Dice • Ability to utilize Boolean and X-ray search techniques effectively Responsibilities: • Conduct initial candidate searches on various channels including job boards and LinkedIn • Schedule and conduct appointments and calls with potential candidates • Perform initial pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and suitability • Collaborate with the team to pass screened candidates to the next stage for technical knowledge testing Compensation: The compensation package includes a fixed salary during the probation period of several week, after that we can negotiate a commission for successful candidate placements.
