Registered Dietitian Teacher/spokesperson/Coach - Contract to Hire - job 1 of 8

Here's the deal... We currently only offer private 1-1 coaching. It's very successful. But this severely limits me as I can only work with so many clients at a time. My biggest passion is my biggest weakness as I give way too much of my time to my private clients, I love them and want them to succeed just like I did. But I have 3 kids, a husband and my own self-care. I'm a registered dietitian... certified diabetes educator and exercise physiologist. So to help me out we are looking to offer a group coaching program. Most people cannot afford my private 1-1 coaching. I need to have an alternative option. This is where the group option is a good thing. And I'm looking for a partner ( like Batman and Robin) , like ( Mario and Luigi) who is not shy on camera, who can create lessons, who can take weekly live training for the group, who can message clients answers to their questions via the app (during office hours) and who can take 10-15min calls every once in a while to help someone struggling. I have a 16 week curriculum we want to take the women through. So we build it out 1 week at a time. We have the frameworks and examples, all built out. We basically copy and paste the curriculum with our philosophy and structure of course It will be challenging, rewarding, and fun. The pay structure will be discussed in a private meeting. But guarantee it will be well worth it as we are only seeking top tier talent and we are prepared to open up the pocketbooks for the right person. Or potential partnership.
