SEO Specialist with US and Australian website experience

We operate two websites, one for the Australian market with a .com.au domain, the other for the US market with a .us domain. Our Australian website .com.au has been running for several years and we recently had someone provide us an analysis of the SEO ranking. I have attached that review (website details sanitised). The analysis outlines where to improve things, but we want someone to look... deeper. Our US website (.us) has only been up and running for about a month and this needs the SEO stuff setup properly. We are after an individual (not an Agency) to work with us overtime on managing the ongoing SEO work for both websites. We need someone with extensive SEO experience working with Australian and US websites. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you don't have verifiable experience with Australian or US websites. We are open to engaging two SEO people, one with Australian website SEO experience and the other with US website SEO experience if we can't find one person with experience in both markets. Our company originates from Australia and provides bookkeeping, accounting, tax and business advisory services to business clients across Australia. Our Australian website promotes these services, targeting Australian businesses. Our US company is about providing offshore bookkeeping and staff accounting services from our offices in India and the Philippines to businesses across the US, mainly focusing on the East Coast and Central Time zones.
