The role involves managing our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter accounts for 3 months to begin with, focusing on increasing engagement and follower growth.
Scope of Work...
•Platform Management: LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Duration: 3 months.
• Posting Frequency: Minimum of 4 posts per week on each platform.
• Engagement: Actively manage comments and interactions to foster community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
o Create and implement a platform-native strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
o Develop a comprehensive content calendar aligned with Purposekraft’s mission and values.
2. Content Creation:
o Develop engaging post messages and designs that resonate with our audience.
o Ensure content is varied and adheres to the specific nuances of each platform.
3. Posting and Scheduling:
o Post content as per the established content calendar.
o Ensure timely and consistent posting to maintain engagement and visibility.
4. Community Management:
o Manage and respond to comments and interactions on all platforms.
o Foster a positive and engaging community environment.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
o Track and analyze performance metrics for each platform.
o Share periodic reports with insights and recommendations for review and improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter accounts for brands.
• Strong understanding of social media strategies and platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting and graphic design.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
