We are looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer!Job details:Niche: MENTAL HEALTHNumber of thumbnails: Around 6-8 per month.Turnaround Time: 24-48 hrs per scriptDuration of job: We are looking for a Long-Term relationship (1+ Years)Hey there! We are looking for an experienced thumbnail designer with previous experience working with YouTube channels.We run multiple channels and are starting a new one in the [Mental health] niche.It is crucial for the designer to have advanced graphic design skills, since you will be required to manipulate images and create something new off of existing images. It is important you understand the meaning of “clickbait” and are able to create something unique that catches people’s eye and at the same time is believable for them to click on our videos.The angle and strategy might change as we grow. Here is an example of the type of thumbnails we are looking for: I will send references once you apply if this is a niche you would be interested in!Having fluent or advanced English is a MUST, as well as being super creative and having advanced technical skills.You also need to be a good finding references yourself so you can come up with the most creative and attractive thumbnail possible.Some of the requirements for this job are:Advanced Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator skillsUnderstand viewer psychology and what goes behind the click.
