Tiktok Ads Manager

We are looking for someone to set up and manage Tiktok ads for our content, A/B test and optimize. Set up lead generation campaigns and continuously optimize metrics. There will be a test week where you will have a budget to set up and test ads to see if you can achieve a baseline ROAS. After which you will be hired to manage ads ongoing.
