UI Expert / Digital Designer - Contract to Hire

Are you a UI Expert with a passion for digital design? Do you have a keen eye for detail and can design both websites and digital visuals that captivate attention? If so, we are looking for you! In this role, you will combine your expertise in UI design with your talent for creating visuals for social media and other digital platforms. ... RESPONSIBILITIES - **Website Design (80%):** Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites. Discuss designs with clients and make adjustments. Collaborate with the PM. - **Digital Visuals (20%):** Create high-quality visuals for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Discuss designs with clients and make adjustments. Collaborate with the PM. --- REQUIREMENTS - **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design and digital design. - **Technical Skills:** Excellent proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma. - **Creativity:** A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills. - **Communication:** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - **Innovation:** An innovative mindset and openness to using AI tools to enhance and/or streamline your work. - **Project Management Skills:** Basic knowledge of project management principles and experience managing project tasks. - **Team Player:** Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage freelancers. - **Independent Functioning:** Take responsibility for your own projects and work independently on assignments. --- WHAT WE OFFER - A fixed position in our agency as a “remote” UI Expert - Recurring work - A competitive hourly rate - Growing hours & responsibility as the cooperation grows - Correct & timely payments - A fun, creative environment with a team of around 15 digital natives who strive to make a difference for our clients daily INTERESTED?
