Video Editor- Short-Form Content - Contract to hire

We are seeking a professional video editor proficient in creating short-form content tailored for Facebook ads. The content will be a video advertisement of a Pastor inviting people to their church. Then the potential guests will provide us with their contact info once they interact with the ad so we can follow up to ensure they actually show up on Sundays. You would be a huge part of Flame... Social Agency which is an agency that specializes in growing churches online presence and also getting new guests to show up to their churches every Sunday. We require editors capable of producing reels in the style akin to Hormozi. These ads need to be very engaging with lots of effects and sounds to get people to interact with them. Compensation for each piece of content is set at $5. You can expect to make a max of 10 clips per client which is $50USD per month. The more clients you edit for the more you make. This position has the potential to evolve into a long-term collaboration for consistent content editing needs. We are a fast-growing company and will need an editor to continue creating add content for multiple clients.
