S/he must be resilient and maintain a high level of energy to maximize performance. Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions: The candidate must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Makes a great first impression on the phone and the best first impression they can in person. Fosters personalized and helpful experiences for clients, winning their trust and confidence. Be able to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately utilizing active listening skills. Proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs. Understand the importance of attention to detail. Improves skills through practice. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer support role Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel, Strong typing, and computer navigation skills with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously. Ability to successfully complete the Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency in the material. Price is between $150 to $200 monthly. Training period of 2 months is $100 monthly. Hours will vary depending on need but a minimum of 30 hours
