We are looking for a W3C / Blockchain / Credentialisation expert to join our innovative team and help us develop a secure, scalable, and reliable... blockchain solution.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions for credentialing employment records and background checks.
Collaborate with the product development team to integrate blockchain technology into our existing SaaS platform.
Ensure compliance with W3C standards and best practices for blockchain applications.
Develop smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps) to facilitate secure and transparent credentialing processes.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain implementation.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for blockchain-related projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in blockchain development, with a focus on W3C standards.
Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar platforms.
Experience in developing smart contracts using Solidity or other relevant programming languages.
Familiarity with decentralized identity standards and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with cryptographic principles and security protocols.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes and compliance requirements.
Previous experience with credentialing systems or applications.
Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
