The Energy Foundation is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage payroll functions in a remote-first organization with a mission focused on a clean energy future.

Responsibilities

Prepare and initiate semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll processing
Manage payroll profiles for new and existing employees
Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of transactions
Prepare payroll and benefit schedules for annual financial audits
Lead ERISA audit review preparation

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
