Job Description:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling products, services, and solutions to potential customers through partner programs. This includes producing new account revenue, identifying key targets, and gaining alignment with the national sales team. The role involves tracking and monitoring pipeline opportunities, driving organizational alignment and resources, and on-boarding customers. The Business Development Manager will also assist in training and embracing the sales process, as well as monitoring and evaluating sales training programs. Frequent overnight travel is required.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.• Minimum 7 years of success in selling new accounts or increasing penetration of existing accounts, preferably in the foodservice industry.• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and work in a matrix environment.• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and strong follow-through.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a plus.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Physical Requirements:This role will be based in an office environment with the possibility of remote work.
