Job Summary of Sales Territory Manager:The duty of the Sales Territory Manager is managing and advancing sales undertakings in a specific geographical region. This part necessitates forming and preserving robust bonds with clients, recognizing and following up on new commerce possibilities, and achieving sales objectives. Also, the Sales Territory Manager studies market drifts, enforces sales tactics, and verifies client gratification.Responsibilities of Sales Territory Manager:• In a team-based environment, each member of the team should be committed to fostering these relationships and contributing to the overall success of the sales strategy.• The objective is to manage all deliveries in line with the routing schedule established by the transportation department. In case there are any issues that crop up throughout the delivery process, troubleshoot them efficiently to ensure a swift delivery with minimum downtime.• Engage with customers to retrieve balances owed, addressing concerns through collaboration with the credit division and other stakeholders.• Take advantage of other assets to facilitate progress with valuable prospects and the establishment of fresh business relationships.• Employ market knowledge databases and industry directories, as well as actively engage in trade associations and events in order to identify potential clients.• Sharing information about market conditions, product developments, and competitor analysis can significantly enhance the value delivered to customers.Qualification of Sales Territory Manager:• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.• Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business.• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.• Competitive spirit and results driven mentality.• Problem solving ability / Organization and negotiation skills.• Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.• Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products – Experience using Customer relationship management tools preferred (i.e., Salesforce).• HS Diploma or equivalent• Valid drivers license required motor vehicle record must be in good standing.• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.• Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred.Physical Qualification of Sales Territory Manager:• Must be able to perform the following physical activities for described length of time.• List the required physical activities including length of time performing each activity referencing the key below.
