Business Strategy Analyst

From planning and measuring deposit promotional offer campaigns to influencing our bank's planning process, your insights will drive meaningful impact.Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Lead discussions and collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate analytical and business strategies.• Develop the analytical framework to address business questions and evaluate strategic insights related to Profit & Loss performance.• Apply analytical rigor to define outcome measures, improve prioritization, and evaluate risks to strategic goals.• Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring effective risk management.Qualifications and Experience:• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.• 8+ years of data & analytics or strategy consulting experience, with significant experience leading complex data analysis.• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in various data analytics tools.• Experience identifying business needs and leading strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Benefits of the Position:• Competitive compensation within the salary range of $120,550 - $230,400, based on experience and market data.• Pay incentives based on corporate and individual performance.• Comprehensive benefits package supporting physical, financial, and emotional wellness.• Career path planning and continuing education support.Salary: The salary range for this position is: $120,550 - $230,400.About Company:USAA is dedicated to ensuring the financial security of U.S. military members and their families.
