Data Analyst

The Role


The Data analyst team at Ushur drives value realisation for Ushur customers. As a product Data Analyst at Ushur, you will work in close partnership with our Engineering and Customer Success teams to turn customer data into insights and insights into actionable business decisions to help our clients achieve their business goals.



Responsibilities


Interpret data, analyze results and generate actionable insights using statistical techniques

Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Create polished, customer-ready data visualization dashboards and reports to drive actionable business decisions

Acquire data from multiple data sources and maintain databases/data systems

Identify gaps between existing and desired metrics, implement best practices in scalable data reporting, and communicate new reports to internal teams

Work with CSMs across multiple concurrent projects

Wear the business hat and deliver solutions that fit customer needs while working across engineering and data science teams

Partner with data science teams to ensure data accuracy

Consistently detail the analysis, results and data processes, which can be reused by the team

Always be on the lookout to automate and improve existing data processes for quicker turnaround and high efficiency

Take pride & complete ownership of the data analytics built and have a passion for high-quality data

Support in producing collateral for and delivering analytics training for both internal teams and customers

Help foster a company-wide culture of Data first


Qualifications


2-3 years experience as a Data Analyst.

Prior experience in building/supporting user-driven/self-serve analytics with a SaaS company is a plus. 

Expertise in tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Superset, Sisense or any similar data visualization tools

Strong experience with Excel and SQL

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Superior listener with the ability to understand the need and deliver the right data solution

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data analysis/findings in a clear and concise manner

Be a phenomenal teammate who thrives in a diverse distributed team

Proactive, well-organized, and have proven attention to detail

Have a high sense of urgency to meet milestones/ dates and deliver projects
