UX Designer (remote)

Objectives of this Role

• Design and develop simple and user friendly B2B and B2C applications (we are building web and Android clients) that successfully hide the complexity of the underlying business processes
• Continuously evaluate the current UX and refine and iterate to better meet user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimise the Design processes in collaboration with Product and Engineering

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of sample applications, websites and applications to assess user experience
• Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall UX design experience for our users
• Build wireframes and task flows based on user needs
• Initially, until we hire a UI Designer, some UI design tasks will also be required
• Accurately convey plans to clients and senior management
• Conduct research through various platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction with company websites and products
• Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
• Planning work autonomously and being involved in project management decisions
