The Product & Engineering team, responsible for the design and development of the Carv.com platform, is mission-critical for our success. For this team, we are looking for a new UX/UI Designer.
The role The UX/UI Designer will drive and contribute to the platform's initial release. Our ideal candidate understands the balance between fast delivery and becoming future-ready on a strategic level. In execution, all team members get their hands dirty. We have a boots-on-the-ground mentality where we all contribute and pick up the pieces when needed. Building a plane while flying it; that's what it can feel like when growing a company while working towards a first release. We expect the UX/UI Designer to support new team members' onboarding and building a great design culture. With the team's growth, new career opportunities will arise fast for the ones who are ready.

• Min 5 years of experience in high pace environments;
• Track record in creating digital services, so functionalities beyond websites;
• A strategic thinker that can understand and contribute to strategic discussions. Can elevate a discussion and grasp the essence of rough ideas;
• A strong vision on, and knowledge of, consumer-level digital experience design;
• Bridging high-level concept ideas to prototype UX and preferably UI;
• Experience in mobile and web apps;
• Experience in keeping UI manageable for development;
• Excellent English communication skills.
