Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading Medical Device Manufacturer and distributor is adding a Analyst to their entity in BranchBurg NJ.This role will report to the CFO and be an in-office role.Responsibilities• Provide day-to-day accounting and finance support using QuickBooks, including: Accounts receivable/ (AR) invoices, Accounts Payables, paying vendors, analyzing and coding credit card charges and more• Multiple state sales and use tax filings• Prepare monthly financial statements, including:• Journal entries• Account reconciliations (e.g., prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and accrued expenses schedules)• Reconciliations• Assist in the preparation of consolidating monthly financial statements.• Support consolidated management reporting.Qualifications :• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Financial Statement Preparation Experience.• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Advanced Level Excel and ERP systems.
