QA Product Analyst - NO C2C (Onsite)

Assist the Product Management Team in product design, documentation, testing, and marketing initiatives. Lead the software quality assurance team to enhance the organization, efficiency, and thoroughness of product testing processes.Skills & Experience:• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective interaction across all management levels, with customers, suppliers, and team members.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.• Minimum 5 years of experience in software validation processes.• Demonstrated commitment to software quality and customer satisfaction.• Preferred experience with programming languages like Python, C, C#, and HTML.• Knowledge of automated test script design and development is advantageous.• Experience in user-experience (UX) design and review is a plus.Education:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.• ASQ Certification in Software Quality Engineering (SQE) is desirable.Responsibilities:• Manage the planning and tracking of tasks for Software Quality Engineers.• Facilitate data entry and review within software development/bug-tracking systems.• Support the creation and execution of test plans and scripts.• Contribute to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities.• Participate in software design reviews to provide insights on functional requirements, user-experience, and quality aspects.• Assist the technical writing team by documenting updates and improvement suggestions based on software design and testing outcomes.
