Clinical Development Liaison, Clinical Strategy and Solutions
Are you passionate about cultivating relationships? This is a great opportunity to support our biopharmaceutical clients as they explore a compound’s potential in the evolving oncology landscape. In this role, you will have an opportunity to establish, grow and maintain relationships with investigators, investigational site staff, and thought leaders through scientific exchange and engagement. As a Clinical Development Liaison, you will partner in the development of our client’s global site engagement strategies along with executing the tactical site engagement plans designed to support clinical trial success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify solutions for global clinical trial site engagement for clinical trial optimization, ensuring strategic alignment with our client’s objectives
- Support the global clinical strategy engagement efforts focused on accelerating clinical trial timelines through our innovative solutions
- Develop site and investigator engagement strategies and tactically recruit to investigator workshops and steering committees globally
- Communicate the unique value of our client’s investigational products through clinically relevant site engagement to accelerate global enrollment timelines and support a successful trial experience
- Represent both Vaniam Group and external clients as the key contact and relationship builder for clinical investigators, sites, and key opinion leaders around the world
- Serve as a key clinical strategy engagement resource for both internal and our client’s teams
- Attend global oncology related congresses and participate in new business development meetings as needed
- Attend live and virtual clinical trial optimization workshops to support investigator engagement
- Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role
What You Must Have
- Clinical experience in medical oncology/hematology in a research-oriented setting as a: MD, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Research Nurse
- Minimum: Master’s degree or higher in a science or healthcare related field
- Minimum of three years of work experience; hematology/oncology experience required
- Global clinical development, operational, and educational expertise
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate professional presentation and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to travel ~30-50% of the time (including international)
- Ability to take initiative, communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a dynamic, virtual environment
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and set goals and objectives
- Solutions oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, and work well in group problem-solving solutions
- Ability to innovate/brainstorm new ideas to solve client challenges

The Team You’ll Work Closest With
You will work closely with the Clinical Operations team as well as collaborate with Client Solutions and Program Services to support recruitment to various Clinical Strategy and Solutions tactics.
