As an Allocation Analyst, you will manage an exclusive category of products, identify, and implement allocation strategies across the US, Mexico, and Canada for both full price and outlet stores. You will collaborate with Allocation and Merchant teams to support key marketing initiatives and specialized assortments. Excellent organizational skills will be key as you balance multiple projects, including frequently monitoring product performance, inventory levels, and sell through to achieve the company’s sales and profitability objectives. How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Develop and execute merchandise allocation strategies through analyzing reports and making independent decisions that support merchandise financial plans, inventory turn objectives, regional and store attributes for assigned categories.
Track classification/style performance weekly and adjust allocation strategy to maximize sales opportunities and minimize markdown liability.
Create and analyze ad-hoc reporting as needed to drive allocation and business decisions.
Manage inventory consolidations between Ecommerce, full price, and outlet stores in partnership with Allocation and Merchant teams.
Create and build appropriate product mix and inventory levels for new, remodel, and relocation stores.
Analyze assortment plans with the Merchant team to ensure their vision is aligned with allocation needs.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Merchant, Planning, Store and DC teams.

Ongoing product review utilizing reporting and the allocation system combined with visiting stores to understand impact of visual guidelines, product density and in store trends. Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years
Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you already know: In-depth knowledge of store allocation philosophies and methodology, with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills and an aptitude for retail allocation systems. Experience in JDA or Blue Yonder is a plus.
What we will teach you: To think strategically and build creative allocation strategies across multiple countries and channels including Ecommerce. To be your authentic self and to share your unique talents and skill set with our team. Pay Range:
$66,528.00 USD - $99,792.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential:
