Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help translate our brand and product into compelling visual stories. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact on our growing team.

The Graphic Designer will join the Brand Studio team in Corporate Marketing at Vanta. The Brand Studio manages the company's visual identity and ensures brand consistency across all marketing, advertising, and branding campaigns, including website, email, digital ads, OOH and events. We create visuals that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and inspire our team internally. Reporting to the Head of Brand Design, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visual materials that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand's visibility.

What you’ll do as a Graphic Designer at Vanta:

• Designing digital assets for marketing campaigns, including emails, social media graphics, and web banners.

• Adapting existing banner designs for various digital platforms.

• Creating print materials such as brochures, trade show banners, and promotional items.

• Scaling digital and print out-of-home billboard designs and advertising campaigns.

• Conducting quarterly design template refreshes for various lines of business to ensure visual consistency and freshness.

• Collaborating with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all projects.

• Participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

How to be successful in this role:

• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Working knowledge of Canva is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the principles of both print and digital design

• Experience in creating visuals for various formats and media.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $91,000 - $107,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
