Nerdy is seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead and drive the efficiency of the company's market operations business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market operations program
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing market operations teams
- Define, document, and continually refine supply chain/market processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement a data-driven approach to analyze performance and provide actionable insights
- Design, implement, and manage compensation plans
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and execution of go-to-market strategies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred
