Inside Sales Representative (Work from Home)
Nerdy is transforming education with innovative technology and is looking for dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to join their remote team to help shape the future of learning.
Skills
- High empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Confidence in client communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound call-backs to potential customers who have requested tutoring or course support.
- Facilitate consultative conversations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Influence potential customers to complete purchases for services and schedule follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales performance targets using education experience and training.
- Attend live training sessions and adhere to sales guidelines.
Education
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Experience in education, teaching, or tutoring preferred.
