Responsibilities
Provide Customer Support to Contracted Tutors
Assist with Technical Issues and Session Monitoring
Offer guidance and assistance to tutors on various platforms
Handle student and instructor inquiries and technical issues
Monitor and audit tutoring sessions for quality
Collaborate with school partners and provide insights
Address complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Education
Level B2 English proficiency
Professional experience in relevant fields or a bachelor's degree
