Performance Marketing Manager (Global)
Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy company, is looking for an analytical Performance Marketing Manager to manage and enhance digital marketing campaigns and strategies, playing a pivotal role in driving their digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns
- Monitor and adjust ad spend and bidding strategies
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Collaborate with UX/UI and content teams to improve landing page effectiveness
- Plan and execute A/B tests
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
