Senior Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer
Vast is building artificial gravity space stations for long-term stays in space. They seek a Senior GNC Engineer to support R&D of flight control algorithms for their spacecraft.
Skills
- C/C++ programming
- Python programming
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in orbital mechanics
Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand high fidelity GNC simulation architecture
- Develop and validate additional models for GNC simulations
- Design, implement and validate GNC flight software
- Develop control laws for vehicle performance
- Support flight activities and analyze flight data
Education
- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
