As Veda’s Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role on the Growth team in driving demand and filling the early stages of our sales pipeline by applying a methodical approach to daily outbound prospecting, research and follow-up.
In this highly anticipated collaborative role in the organization, you will partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering teams on other various demand generation functions, manage the website chat, help with various marketing initiatives, and attend conferences. You will be measured by clear KPIs around your activities with a main goal is to qualify and convert MQLs to Opportunities and generate a high-quality pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Be Doing- Create and execute engaging and compelling customized omnichannel outreach via email sequences, LinkedIn messages/videos, and phone calls based on your research and leveraging behavioral, firmographic, intent data, etc.
- Conduct research on leads and target accounts, using multiple tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, company websites, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Identify broader buying committees in target accounts, identify pain points and uncover opportunities where our solutions meet their needs
- Work with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute the reporting cadence to keep the organization updated on lead gen initiatives
- A/B test various messaging elements and develop a robust outreach library of tested and verified outreach content, templates, sequences, and campaigns
- Have meaningful conversations with the lead, qualify them, and convert them into an opportunity, working in concert with the Sales team on next steps

Required Experience:- 3+years of B2B experience creating and managing leads and pipeline in at least one of these domains: marketing/business development/sales
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare tech and/or selling in to health plans
- Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce is highly preferred
- Good understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Travel: 10%-15%
