We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Management Leaders to help innovate and execute product initiatives and value moving quickly.What You'll Do• Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, launch and ongoing expansion of innovative products• Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable, and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers• Understand Veeva’s strategic and hardworking position and deliver products that are recognized as the best in the life science industry• Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure org is effective, healthy, and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goalsRequirements• 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design in enterprise technology• 12+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams• 8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders• Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience• Experience presenting to senior executive audiences• BA/BS in Computer Science or related fieldNice to Have• Life Science backgroundPerks & Benefits• Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance• Flexible PTO and company paid holidays• Retirement programs• 1% charitable giving programCompensation• Base pay: $200,000 - $400,000• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
