Your role at Veezu:
Reporting into a People Partner, your journey will involve supporting a wide range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices while championing an engaging and supportive work environment.
The ideal person will have begun their career in the world of Human Resources and be looking to take the next step in their professional development, primarily supporting on employer relations case work with responsibilities to also support the wider team with a range of HR and People queries.

What you’ll do:
Act as the primary point of contact for People-related queries from colleagues and managers, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary, escalating more complex cases to People Partners, where appropriate.
Contribute to the design and implementation of People policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Administer and maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Stay up to date with changes in employment legislation and HR best practices, implementing necessary updates where relevant.
Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and setting high standards for Information Security compliance.
What you’ll need:
Educated to degree level and/or relevant experience.
Proven experience as a People Advisor or similar role, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth private sector companies.
Sound understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate across all levels of the business.
Proficiency in HRIS.
Experience in managing a wide range of employee relations issues.
