Head of Demand Generation, Marketing Programs, and Field Marketing

As Velocity Global's Head of Demand Generation, Marketing Programs, and Field Marketing, you will lead the demand generation strategy and execution for commercial and enterprise segments with outbound GTM motions, in collaboration with Sales to drive pipeline growth. This senior leadership role requires a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in demand generation, program management, and tailored strategies in execution across Americas, EMEA and APAC.You will report to the Global Head of Marketing.This role will be US-RemoteYou Will:• Demand generation strategy: Develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy with clear forecasting and targets to drive pipeline growth in alignment with sales and other GTM teams.• Program development: Identify target audience and design, implement, and optimize a variety of demand generation programs, including email marketing, events, webinars, and tailored programs relevant for our ICPs outreach and ABM (Account-Based Marketing). Connect the customer journey across multiple touchpoints, in collaboration with the digital team, and across all the outbound programs.• Pipeline management: Drive the creation and management of a robust pipeline of qualified leads and in collaboration with Sales for Upmarket/Enterprise GTM motions. Design and implement lead nurturing programs to engage and convert prospects at various stages of the buyer's journey.• Marketing systems and process expertise: Leverage deep expertise in marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and other relevant technologies to optimize and streamline demand programs. Enhance marketing systems for efficient lead generation, scoring, and nurturing.• Field marketing: Develop and execute field marketing strategies and initiatives to drive local engagements and support sales efforts in key regions. Coordinate and manage regional events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build brand presence. Work closely with regional sales teams to understand local market needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Track and measure the effectiveness of field marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.• Analytics and reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation, marketing and field programs. Work with Marketing Analytics to develop and maintain demand gen dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into program performance and ROI – and drive continuous improvements.• Team leadership: Design, build and lead a high-performing team of demand generation, marketing program and Field Marketing professionals. Foster a commitment to Velocity Global's values and culture. Provide mentorship, professional development, and performance feedback to team members.• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for demand generation initiatives. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support demand generation and field marketing efforts.• Budget management: Develop and manage the budget for demand generation and marketing programs, ensuring tight spending across programs, field marketing, and automation to deliver high quality but efficient DG programs.You Have:• 12+ years of experience in B2B Demand generation, with a track record of positive business outcomes for SMB & Enterprise segments at global B2B technology/SaaS companies and smaller dynamic startups.• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.• Developed complex demand generation strategies and efficient program execution that drive business growth.• Customer focused mindset and passionate about providing exceptional customer experience.• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize program performance.• Experience leading a team and inspiring teams to achieve our goals.• Proficiency in demand generation tools and platforms, including marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics.• Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques.• Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.• Experience in global marketing or working with international teams.
