Senior Sales Learning Instructor

We are looking for a Senior Sales Learning Instructor to join our Sales Training team. You will help increase the overall performance of our GTM teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals. You will create sales training to our division, including new-hire training, ongoing training, and product launch training programs, and facilitating field sales coaching and sales enablement programs. To be successful in this role, you have a multi-year experience in direct B2B sales in the enterprise and mid-market segments, have created and delivered performance-based sales training programs, field sales coaching with sales professionals of all tenure levels, and have led/participated in sales enablement programs.

This position is remote or may be located in one of our global hubs but will serve global teams. You will report to the Director of Sales Training.

You Will:

  • Develop a working understanding of Velocity Global's sales processes, practices, systems, and product solutions
  • Maintain all ILT and VILT training material including program agendas, lesson plans, activities, assessments, certifications, and sales training reporting.
  • Develop ILT and VILT training programs that are rooted in experiential learning methodologies, grounded in performance metrics that create business return on investment, and support all global locations we serve.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal partners to gain agreement on training approach and goals, and conduct skill gap analyses to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Partner with team learning designers, sales trainers, sales enablement managers, and internal subject matter experts in the creation and maintenance of training and enablement content
  • Lead with authority and work with partners across the business to ensure GTM team success

You Have:

  • BA/BS in a related field or equivalent working experience required
  • 5+ years of proven sales training/enablement experience required
  • 5+ years of direct B2B sales experience in the enterprise and mid-market segments,
  • PEO/EOR industry experience and/or with a global SaaS company preferred
  • MEDDPICC experience and COM certification preferred
  • Experience using sales systems (i.e., Salesforce, Aviso, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
