The Vendor Coordinator is responsible for assisting management with the day-to-day operations between Company property projects and vendors. This role will serve as a primary contact for vendors in an assigned region/territory.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for onboarding all internal and external company vendors. Communicates directly with all department stakeholders in meeting company’s business needs related to all vendor types. Audits all vendor application submissions containing various legal documents ensuring accuracy and compliance to AH4R legal requirements. Partners with legal in all vendor T&C negotiations. Completes all data updates to existing vendors currently onboarded or in process of being onboarded.
Ensures vendor compliance for all required insurance, licensing, and other documentation on a continuous basis.
Provides oversight and management of vendor database files to ensure accuracy.
Assists in establishing and upholding company policies and procedures regarding vendor maintenance and support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of one – two (1-2) years in an administrative role required; construction, vendor management or similar industry preferred
Knowledge of Facility Maintenance a plus, but not required
Knowledge of Yardi or CRM Dynamics a plus but not required
Strong computer skills a must, including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Internet savvy & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
