Position Summary

The Client Growth Consultant focused on cross selling products and services to the existing Vensure client base. Focusing on additional sales increases client satisfaction, value and retention while driving more revenue and greater profitability to Vensure.

At Vensure Employer Services, the Client Growth Sales Division is an essential part of our sales team, helping drive our unprecedented revenue growth. Focused on growing client lifetime value, these self-motivated and hardworking professionals play a pivotal role that leveraging our portfolio of products to solve clients' critical business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Client Growth Consultant, your primary responsibility is to sell a defined product and service portfolio to the existing Vensure client base.

  • Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting and collaborating with our Client Relations team.
  • Execute strategies to gane access to key stakeholders within Vensure's client account.
  • Identify critical business needs and create compelling cases for each opportunity.
  • Create and communicate the value of Vensure's products and services to successfully engage and solve clients changing needs and challenges.
  • Tak ownership and lead deals through the entire sales cycle, from inception to close, including post-sale implementation.
  • Negotiate the scope of services and pricing, completing all required contracts and forms.
  • Invest in ongoing education to become a knowledgeable expert, including staying current on industry trends, product capabilities, best practices, vertical nuances, competition, and more.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Uphold activity standards.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quota.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, with the ability to prospect new business and develop channel partners.
  • Foundational experience with Challenger, Sandler, or similar sales methodologies.
  • Experience selling to business owners or the C-Suite.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; capable of communicating as a knowledgeable professional.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3+ years experience in sales.
