Crafting a strategic three-year growth plan will be one of your first challenges, identifying the right focus segments and customer targets. You'll also participate actively in customer meetings and support your sales team in developing compelling client propositions. Your analytical expertise will be essential as you set territories and incentives to inspire a high-performance culture. We believe that your previous experience in sales or account management, coupled with your technical knowledge of waste transport and recycling, will be the perfect blend for success in this role.
