We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Integrated Marketing Manager to elevate our Claims Property Estimating business. In this role, you'll spearhead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns, leveraging data to drive brand awareness for our new products and generate sales opportunities and leads through our online store. Your expertise in marketing strategy, account targeting, and data analysis will be crucial in crafting compelling, value-based product messaging across digital touchpoints and industry events. You will have a track record for developing, managing, and reporting on marketing campaigns and offering marketing solutions to stakeholders across solutions/products to meet revenue goals. In addition, you will exhibit a deep understanding of markets, account-based marketing and customers to lead go-to-market activity for a business unit solution area and demonstrate excellent leadership and project management skills.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing campaigns. You will be working with a group of accomplished high-level professionals to deepen your knowledge and skills with an ever-expanding breadth of projects. You will apply your talent in communicating the value of Verisk solutions and enjoy collaborating and building relationships with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Product & Solution Strategy – Participate in and lead elements that define market opportunity of our property estimating solutions through demonstrated knowledge of business goals. Elements include product/solution portfolio, roadmap, pricing, packaging and positioning.
  • Campaign Development - Spearhead the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns based on data insights, including oversight of messaging calendars, campaign budget management, and post-campaign performance evaluations.
  • Sales Enablement – Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and key Marketing stakeholders to deliver compelling sales aids, consistent tradeshow experiences and account-based marketing campaigns to create and advance sales pipeline opportunities.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence – Leverage market trends, customer behaviors, competitor information to provide actionable insights that inform integrated positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Customer Journey – In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, utilize proprietary and third-party research to define and refine target personas, buyer needs, and purchasing decision processes.
  • Marketing Strategy – Participate in defining the market opportunity for a business area through a comprehensive understanding of business goals, solution portfolios, roadmaps, and pricing models.
  • Messaging & Positioning – With minimal guidance and demonstrating a solid understanding of the product/solution, draft marketing campaign briefs and messaging guides that capitalize on business opportunities to build strong marketing outcomes.
  • Marketing Analytics – Lead the establishment of comprehensive marketing metrics and actively evaluate post-activity outcomes to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
  • Thought Leader – Understand the "big picture," taking initiative to deliver project assignments on time and budget while effectively navigating outside the formal span of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of strategic marketing and/or integrated marketing management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Clear understanding of the modern marketing landscape, including digital marketing, demand generation, personalization, sales enablement/effectiveness, attribution reporting, and campaign management.
  • Experience in account-based marketing strategies
  • Strong writing skills for marketing materials and experience in annual planning documents and other marketing deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate effectively across all levels, and support internal stakeholders by aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and business problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to define and measure metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Ability to successfully operate in a hybrid work environment with in-office expectations of two days per week.
