Strategic AM Channel & Partnerships - Job Summary:
This role supports Verisys by playing a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with Verisys clients and partners, while serving as a player-coach for other Account Managers within a specified market. Our ideal candidate will have experience building and expanding business partnerships, have a depth of understanding inside of the healthcare market where they manage accounts, and be able to identify new opportunities for growth where our products and services could add value to an existing relationship, while supporting their market team members in leveraging best practices in partnership expansions and relationship building. As a Senior Strategic Account Manager-Market Lead, you will represent our company and interact with key clients and partners, as well as support the other market account managers in their own professional growth. You will be accountable for managing the client relationships assigned to you, as well as any team members reporting to you within your market, in a manner that represents the brand and reputation for excellence maintained by Verisys today.
We are looking for someone with specific Health plan knowledge! Managed care organizations or health plan provider relations experience! Not a strong sales background.

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management
* Leverage internal teams and processes to provide timely, accurate and
comprehensive responses to customer inquiry and resolution to customer issues
or concerns
* Manage and complete quarterly and annual business reviews virtually and/or in
person with clients
* Work closely with Verisys partners and channels to identify new shared growth
opportunities and ensuring support of existing shared clients and ventures
* Prioritize and escalate client technical enhancement requests and/or issues
* Manage the contract renewal process for assigned accounts
* Manage customer enhancement and contract expansion requests
* Manage strategic client growth to ensure best practices and best product fit for
key clients within assigned market
* Manage client forecast and growth expectations with the business teams
* Identify opportunities for growth within assigned clients and market and feed this
information through the appropriate sales and contracting channels
* Identify areas for product improvement for assigned customers/market and feed
this information through the appropriate product feedback channels
* Meet all client contract SLA expectations response times and accuracy in
information provided, as well as provide SLA reporting, where needed for
strategic clients and management of these accounts
* Become an expert on the use cases, regulatory and standard-setting organization
compliance requirements, and industry trends for the assigned clients and
market
* Assist in the Sales and Implementation processes and work closely with these
teams to create seamless transitions, consistent expectations and exceptional
client experience at all points of the customer relationship
Qualifications:
* 5 years account management, Medicaid administration, or healthcare screening &
credentialing experience
* Experience managing clients, business partners and/or vendors at both the business
owner and leadership levels
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Experience supporting contracting processes (renewals, addendums, amendments)
* Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Education/Experience:
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field
* 5 years account management experience
* Experience managing clients at both the business owner and executive levels
* Experience supporting contracting processes (renewals, addendums, amendments)
* Type Speed 30 WPM
Preferred Qualifications:
* Health care industry or technical account management background
* Experience within the healthcare background screening, Medicaid MMIS, or credentialing
sector
* Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Google Suite expertise (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
* Exceptional knowledge of all Verisys products and internal processes
